What we do
Location Leads collects active bank lease tenders—official notices where public sector banks seek commercial premises for branches, ATMs, and offices. Each listing links straight to the bank’s PDF or portal page.
We sort by closing date so you see what is still open first. Expired notices are removed from the active list.
Official sources
Data is pulled from each bank’s own tender channel, not third-party marketplaces:

How to respond

- Open the official document via the listing link.
- Submit your property offer using that bank’s format before the close date.
